I guess you could say I’m still trying to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. I’ve been an umpire, a dish washer, a cook, a river guide, a bicycle salesman, a waiter, a national parks employee, a communications director, a reporter, and yes – a photographer. As far as formal education goes, I’ve studied journalism in Ernie Pyle Hall at Indiana, I have a Master’s in nonprofit management, and I still read books so I guess the learning continues. I love the outdoors – hiking, cycling, climbing, kayaking – and I love my wife who is always willing to come along.
